The San Francisco Ultimate Women’s EXPO in San Mateo, CA has come and gone for another year. Fortunately, I was able to pop in for a bit and check out all the offerings while it was still in town. This year’s speakers highlighted Wendy Williams and Patti Stanger.
Wow, are there are lot of companies that want the attention of SF Bay Area women! While many vendors did fill the expo hall, it was nice to see some booths offered more. Attendees could take away new skills by visiting the Home Depot DIY booth, the cooking stage, Michael’s craft demonstrations, and more.
Of course, lines were long for any of the wine-tasting booths and beauty-related booths offering services like free hair styling, manicures, and manicures. But nothing compared to the popularity at the prominent Massage Envy Spa station.
Massage Envy Spa Booth w/ FREE Skin Analysis & Massages
Massage Envy Spa was THE stop to hit when at the expo. Why? Because they were offering free massages and skin analysis sessions. Well, most were there for the massages and none left disappointed. These masseuses were good! The one I had really gave the perfect amount of firm pressure I needed, right where I needed it. I was feeling good after that! It was also nice to see the attention to cleanliness each masseuse showed as they wiped down the chair after each client.
Many overlooked the benefit of getting a complimentary skin analysis. I was under always under the impression that I suffered from oily to combination. However, with that bright ultraviolet light shining on me, the aesthetician clearly saw that my skin was dry, damaged from the sun, and lacking vitamins. She recommended the Healthy Skin Regimen with Essential-C from Murad. I can’t wait to try it out (thanks for the set Massage Envy Spa).
I found out that it’s incredibly difficult to take a selfie while getting a skin analysis or massage. Fortunately another blogger was there at the same time I was, Jenn of Fashion and Fringe, so could give you a better glimpse into the services we enjoyed 🙂
Of course, this was only a taste of what Massage Envy Spa offers. I have to say that I was both impressed and intrigued. In chatting with one of the franchise owners here in the Bay Area, it was eye-opening to learn about the careful screening of estheticians and masseuses that is done and the ongoing training they receive. That’s very reassuring and, from what I experienced at their booth at the expo, I have reason to believe the service Massage Envy Spa offers is top notch. There’s only only way to be sure and that is to check it out myself. Check back for my review of a facial and massage at a local Massage Envy Spa location 🙂

Geez, I could use a massage right now. Looks like you guys had a great time.
I could totally use one right now, that looks great!
We have a Massage Envy opening up soon near me and I can’t wait! 🙂
There is a Massage Envy in my area, and I definitely want to go there sometime. 🙂
I would love a massage right now!
I’m so jealous. I want to go to my local Massage Envy so bad!!! I would love to take advantage of their services. I’ve heard nothing but good things about our local location.
That is my kind of booth!
I would love to attend an event like this. I’m glad to hear they put everybody through a careful screening process.
I just recently had a skin analysis done and found I have dry skin, which to me too was surprising because I always thought I had combination skin. Now that I know and am using appropriate skin care, I hope to see a difference.
That looks so incredible right now as I’m hunched over my keyboard. I could definitely go for a massage. I’ve never done a skin analysis before, but now that I’m getting a little older it’s time to take care of my skin.
I have a Massage Envy location quite close to my home AND an unused gift card. I plan to treat myself to a (much needed) massage as soon as this construction and remodel on my home is finished!
