The guides feature small businesses and the best places to Eat, Shop and Visit, from delicious pastries and homemade ice cream to neighborhood bookstores and vintage shops. Local makers selected for the Neighborhood Guides are just minutes away from Hyatt House hotels, and with complimentary Hyatt House shuttles at most hotel locations, residents can explore the neighborhood with ease.
National Good Neighbor Day at Hyatt House Emeryville, CA
The Hyatt House in Emeryville has its own Neighborhood Guide. It include some local favorites like Fenton’s Creamery and Oakland Museum of California.
This week, several National Good Neighbor Day in-hotel events were held at select locations. One of the “makers” featured in the Guide will allow guests and residents a complimentary sample of their offerings. You can get the full list of events and participating properties here.
Hyatt House Emeryville enjoyed this special event last night, where Fenton’s treated attendees to their famous frozen treats. I’m so bummed that I wasn’t able to attend or tell you about it in time. Well, let’s fix that now, shall we?

I’d have to say House of Prime Rib. Their prime rib is so delicious and juicy, it’s insane.
The Cliff House in San Francisco is a must. Awesome views and delicious food!
It’s touristy but I love walking down Chrissy Field ending up at Cioppino’s and then heading up to Ghirardelli for an ice cream and eating it right there on the lawn overlooking the bay
I don’t know any places. I am one that would look for unique places.
i have to go with trish’s mini donuts! it is my fave.
