Packing is never easy. You would think that, with all the travel I have done in the past few years, I would be pretty used to it. Nope, it’s quite the contrary. The more often I have to pack, the worse I get at it. And, as anti-list as I am, there came a point when I found it 100% necessary to create a packing list for myself. (In other words, I kept forgetting stuff…)
Printable Packing List for Women
Now, I used to keep a digital list on Google Keep but nothing can replace a good ‘ol paper copy. So, I made one. Using this packing list has been a game changer for me. Now I don’t go on any trips without first printing a copy and checking items off. Feel free to use this convenient Essential Printable Packing List for Women for your travels too. Click this link or the image below to download the PDF file. If you save it to your mobile device, open it and take a screenshot to have the list handy for your trip back.
You might notice that I left a few blank spots to fill in. You probably use toiletries I don’t so you can put that in the first spot. Then there is an area labeled “don’t forget.” These empty lines are for items you can’t, for the life of you, seem to remember (sunglasses, travel documents, membership cards, extra bag, empty water bottle). Or, you can include destination-specific items (snorkeling supplies, winter gear, binoculars, mouse ears, umbrella, international power adaptors, luggage scale). If you will be traveling with your family, feel free to cross out or add items specific to each traveler.

Making Sure You Have What You Need
Using a packing list also helps in figuring out which items to stock up on before your trip. You might have used the last of your moisturizer or maybe your prescription changed and you need to order a refill. To get what you need without having to leave the house, visit CVS.com or tap the “shop” section in the CVS App.
Shopping at CVS online is super convenient and the store carries many items listed in the above packing list for women. For example, there are toothbrush travel sets and travel-size items like makeup remover or cotton swabs. Of course, CVS also carries TSA compliant travel containers for your toiletries. Additional ExtraCare savings are available online, such as the 20-30% off promotion running now. Plus, members earn 2% back in ExtraBucks Rewards every time you use your ExtraCare card (it’s free to sign up).
Before you checkout, make sure to skim all the ExtraCare deals in your CVS account. Some deals are specific to you based on your purchase history. Others feature ExtraBucks Rewards or give you access to manufacturer’s coupons. Tap “send to card” so the savings will be automatically applied when you enter your ExtraCare Card number. Then, choose 1-2 day delivery (free for orders over $49), same-day delivery, or use Curbside Pickup.
Traveling can be extremely enjoyable and yields precious memories and incredible experiences. But, it can also be stressful. So use this printable packing list for women to prepare well and to remind you to buy items needed for your trip. Less stressing, more traveling!
