Tuesdays have become our unofficial family nights in. There’s something about recouping from the stress of Mondays that make Tuesday evenings perfect for unwinding and spending some quality time together. We just plop down for dinner, get all comfy in our pajamas, and turn on the television. The hardest part is deciding what we should watch (well, after we’ve finished all of our superhero-related faves)!
Full House is Back in Netflix Original Fuller House
Starting today, the full season of Fuller House is now available for streaming on Netflix. The whole crew from Full House is back (well, almost) and a new chapter is about to begin. The girls have grown up and now it’s time for them to band together to raise their own kids.
Netflix Original Fuller House Review
As a Netflix Stream Team member, I was able to preview the first six episodes and it’s definitely a throwback to the early 90s show. Wow, all of the actors still look fabulous! Several catchphrases and familiar scenes make a comeback, as do some of the old humor.
The story has changed, though, to fit our time and is more geared to the now adults who grew up with with the original series. As DJ, Stephanie, and Kimmy navigate single parenthood and changing family circumstances that also mean revealing outfits (one episode in particular about a girls’ night out), partying, drinking, and quite a bit of innuendo. It’s still a family show but definitely PG, not G.

Do you have any suggestions of series our family might like?
I received a year subscription of Netflix and a device to stream the content as part of the Netflix Stream Team. All opinions are my own.
