There are oodles of blogs online these days. What creates the ‘first impression’ is the site design itself. Honestly, if it hurts my eyes to even look at the page I will immediately close the window without reading anything on it. Yes, a non-aesthetic site can overwhelm any content the blog may contain, no matter how good or useful it may be. If your blog is in need of some help, you might want to check out Cutesie Blog Designs.
Various packages are offered to fit your needs and price range, starting at $25. You can request graphics, layout, and navigational needs. Most everyone needs to connect via social media, including Twitter and Facebook. Customization for those outlets are available as well.
If you are not sure if the designs will match your style and needs, feel free to browse the wonderful portfolio of ‘cute & simple custom blogs’. I personally love Leah’s clean layouts and use of color. As you can tell, I’m a bit apprehensive of applying color in fear of not using it properly. You won’t have to worry with Leah behind your graphics though.
Cutesie Blog Designs will be offering a great prize on Cookies & Clogs for the Handmade with Love Winter Giveaway, 2/2-2/6. Stay tuned for your chance to win a fantastic blog makeover (I’m so jealous)!
You can find Cutesie Blog Designs online, on Facebook, and on Twitter.

I’m with you on the importance of blog designs as first impressions-it needs to look nice and be easy to navigate. This looks like a great company.
I’m surprised at how bad some sites actually are. Hope Cookies & Clogs gave you a good first impression. Otherwise this post would be embarrassing ;p
