How cute! I had no idea Old Navy was dog-friendly.
Well, the one near us was. There’s a Petco two stores down so maybe that has something to do with it. I needed to grab some of the $2 tanks but it was hot outside – so glad they let me take her in 🙂
My daughter and I say, “Awww! How cute!”
Our Old Navy is right next to PetSmart, looks like it may be a chick shopping spree! (Our dog is a girl too!)
Haha, well it certainly kept my daughter from being bored. The picture was actually her idea and, poor Speckles, had to endure multiple poses!
LOL! My kids love petting the dog mannequin when we’re there
That’s probably why so much of his paint is off 😛 Kids are so funny…
LOL, too cute!
Thanks 🙂
I didn’t realize it either, but since they actually do sell dog merchandise, i guess its not too suprising. I brought my dog in last week, and he had fun shoppping too. On the way out, he saw that same dog manequin and was really excited to see it, and was a bit confused it was motionless, then went to sniff its fake butt…. and left the store very confused.
This was the Old Navy in Colma, CA.
No they are not dog friendly. Took my dog and was requested to step out of the store as their policies have changed. No sign on the door that dogs are not allowed. Drop the doggies manequins…
Aww, that’s a bummer 🙁 I wonder if it’s area specific or if that’s at all stores.
I just wanted to say to the owner of the pup in the Old Navy pic. Tres cute!!!!!!!!!!!! looks like my boxador Cooper, aka “professor Poopenstien”.
Thank you – I agree that she is a cutie 🙂 What a fun nickname you gave Cooper!
so cute! what kind of Dog is she?
Thank you 🙂 We *think* she’s lab, shepherd, and cattle dog. We’re not 100% sure, though, since was a rescue (as were her mom and 7 litter mates).
11/4/2018. Just were asked to leave local Old Navy where my Goldendoodle, who was behaving better than at least 4 unruly children, was asked to leave. She had been in that same store many times with employees stopping to chat and visable to others while going through the checkout line
I’m sorry to hear your experience that day and it’s strange that they had allowed it before with no problem. Maybe someone complained (or was sore they had to take their dog out if he/she was not so well-behaved). I posted this a REALLY long time ago so I’m not sure if there’s a stated policy on it or not.
