Ever wish you had a nice set to put on the dining table that is neither too fancy nor to casual? I was really excited to get a full place setting for four from Oneida. These dishes are from their new Chef’s Table line. They are made of porcelain and are microwave/dishwasher/oven-safe.
These are great. They are durable and clean wonderfully in the dishwasher. I have not tried them in the microwave or oven yet but based on our experience with this set thus far, I’m sure they will fare just as well. These are very solid dishes that could even handle the wear of daily use. For special occasions, though, this collection also includes various serving pieces such as serving platters and dipping dishes.
My favorite piece is the bowl as it has a square bottom and opens to a round finish. It hold the perfect amount so my daughter’s Top Ramen fits just right. The mugs are a great shape and size so they have become my husbands favorite tea/coffee mugs at the moment. Heat goes quickly through the sides but the handle is large enough to hold comfortably and not get burnt.
While the style is neutral and they are WHITE, I don’t find them boring. Rather, they fit nicely with any decor and can make a casual table look sleek. They accent both my Noritake china and my Ikea set perfectly. Combine the quality and style with an affordable price and Oneida has a great versatile addition to their already extensive collection.

love the color burst very cherry. My kitchen decor is roosters, & my walls are red. These would look great with my red & white checkered table runner.
