My allergies are killing me. My nose is dripping like a faucet and I have a headache from the sniffing and sneezing. All this AFTER I took an allergy pill this morning. I just hope my eyes won’t be burning and itching when I wake up…

Ugh, you too? I just rolled out of bed and am a little concerned it’s going to be a BAD allergy day…the day of my sons birthday party! Have you ever tried the netipot? I got one for free a while ago and tried it once so far. It’s not one of my favorite things to do, but it did seem to help a little bit! I might be pulling that out and trying it today if mine don’t get a little better after taking an allergy pill! Good luck with yours, allergy season is the worst!
I know, it’s horrible. I haven’t tried those irrigation things but I heard they are great. I think it’s just a mental thing about washing your nose out that’s a bit strange to me. I hope you feel better today!
