Six Flags Read To Succeed

by TerriAnn

I love it when big companies do something real to encourage education. Six Flags is again supporting the Read to Succeed program. If your child clocks at least six hours of recreational reading, they can get a free ticket to your local Six Flags theme park. What’s new this year is the option to submit those hours online and . . . get ready for it . . . homeschools are included!

I love to see places that let homeschools participate too.

It’s sad when that avenue of education is overlooked.

This is a great idea. And your right TerriAnn, it is great with companies encourage and participate to help our young people. Kudos to them.

Hugs…Tracy 🙂

Homeschooling is becoming more popular so I hope more companies will recognize and support that.

I love the Six Flags Reading program. That is how we took our family to Six Flags last year! I am so excited they are including home schoolers. My SIL homeschools, she will be so excited about this. Now if we could just get pizza hut to include homeschoolers in their reading program…

Really?! That’s fantastic! I’m excited that it can all be done online now and that included specifics for homeschooling families. Don’t know about Pizza Hut…
