you always have the best travel photos!!
Thanks – I try to find the best ones that deserve a full-size post 🙂
Gorgeous!
Isn’t it though? I love the way the sunlight hits the canyon at different times of day!
Absolutely beautiful! You’ve been on the road a lot!
I wish! We’ve just had a few nice ones (which I am cleverly spacing out among posts) and happen to be total shutterbugs. We need to plan a few more vacays so I don’t run out of material!
What a lovely photo!
Thank you – I love that we were able to get the river in this shot!
I would love to go see the Grand Canyon. This is the best time of the year to go visit it, too.
Is it really? Not too cold and snowy? We went in April and it was gorgeous!
Beautiful shot with the river. Isn’t it bizarre how a photo can’t capture the vastness? It’s one of those things everyone should see in person.
I think that’s because what makes the Grand Canyon amazing is its sheer size! Yes, I was happy we got one with the river as well. There were many times it was kind of hazy or the viewing spot didn’t allow for a good shot!
I would LOVE to go there.
Maybe when the twins are old enough to enjoy it 🙂
I love it there! It is so amazing
Agreed! I think it must be an extraordinary experience to go to the bottom and camp there too!
BEAUTIFUL! I want to go there one day
Kas
You won’t regret it!
that is truly awesome!
As you stand at the rim, there is not doubt in your mind why it’s such a tourist spot – there’s no where else quite like it!
Gorgeous!
Thank you – I’m so glad there was enough light to capture it properly!
Wish we could see it in person!
It’s a totally different experience. I hope you can visit someday!
Beautiful. I’ve never been, but I’d like to.
Just make sure you buy the Annual National Park pass and hit all the national parks in the area. You’ll have a great trip 🙂
Just Gorgeous!! I want to go so badly!
But who would look after your chickies?
So pretty – we went years ago, I want to go back!
Ooh, what were the highlights of your trip? Share! Share!
Gorgeous!
Imagine that view almost 360 deg! Astounding!
That is gorgeous!!
Yes, the photo can’t quite do the real thing justice though!
Such a breathtaking shot — so beautiful.
Thank you – it was a bit hard to adjust it so the fog/haze didn’t blur the shot.
